Introduction

At Grand Souk Eastleigh, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent marketplace. Vendors are responsible for managing returns and refunds according to platform rules.

1. Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors handle all refund and return requests.
  • Each product must clearly state its refund policy.
  • Refunds must be processed promptly after approval.
  • Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested if:

  • Item is different from description
  • Item arrives damaged or defective
  • Item is not delivered within expected time

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Final sale items marked by vendor
  • Used, opened, or perishable goods
  • Prescription or restricted items

4. Refund Process

  • Buyers contact the vendor directly
  • Vendors respond within 48 hours
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after return

5. Platform Role

We do not directly handle disputes but may intervene where vendors fail to comply. We may issue refunds and take action against non-compliant vendors.
